I’m not understanding why people are downvoting my post (and not that I really care). It’s a serious question which concerns me and wanted to see if there was a logical (or even strategic) reason behind the statement
There's a good reason for her statement: it's true. The constitution is easy to read and straightforward, and there are no procedures for undoing a vote. She's simply explaining it. Nor is there a procedure for summoning the electors to reconvene the electoral college. I suppose the house and senate could change votes, decertify and recertify, but the constitution does not give them that power.
To me it's just her leading up to "the military is the only way."
Honestly speaking (and probably more Downvotes coming my way) but idk if the military will save up or Trump. I mean just take a look at what the military is doing these days. Years ago they were cheering loud for Trump, now they want to ween out “extremists” aka non marxists and implement CRT… among all the other things like transgender things and women allowed to wear makeup and stuff. I honestly don’t see hope in the military saving this. I’d really like to be wrong on this one too.
I have a feeling the military's wokeness has a large portion of movie magic.
But it's not the only way. Prove enough fraud to change congress. Forced Biden resignation or impeach and remove. New Speaker of the House succeeds to the presidency.
You could be right, but Q has often said it's the only way, so I assume that's the plan.
The constitution is a relatively short document. It doesn't say much about treason at all, except that's it's a cause for arrest and impeachment, and Congress shall determine the punishment.
There's a lot of ways Trump can be president again; it's just that the constitution doesn't provide a path for "messed up election - reinstate previous president."
I'm all for Trump coming back. It's possible Trump is still president, so no reinstatement would be necessary. Devolution, while not specifically in the constitution, was made possible through legislation, which is in line with new elections run by the military, followed by a Trump inauguration. There are many possibilities, it's just that a simple swap of one president for another runs completely counter to all the laws currently in place.
And the law of war manual has procedures that would be applicable in the devolution scenario. It's public information, and easy to read but hard to understand.
