I would that that would have to be a defense after they be arrested. The I didn't know defense. There is absolutely probable cause to assume they all knew and chose to do it anyway. Problem being mass load of them have said that the recounts are bogus. which means either they never looked into it and they have no idea if they are bogus or they spent time looking into and came to that conclusion.

Claiming you thought there weren't bogus isn't a good defense, I didn't know would be better. Once they said anything publicly about it, they can't say I didn't know anymore.
