No, that's actually not what happened, friend. Not a single Legislature acted as a whole to decertify any slate of electors. There were some groups of legislators that sent strongly worded letters. Which means that basically every legislature consented to what was being done.
If you can show me otherwise, I would be glad to learn about it.
The Constitution clearly states that presidential electors must be appointed according to rules established by each states legislatures..... This clearly did not happen in 2020....
Yep, I'm looking at the Constitution:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress
The Legislatures directed the appointments, and they were perfectly fine with the manner in how those appointments got carried out because they didn't do anything to correct or contradict those appointments. And remember, sole legislators don't carry any weight.
