I would not be surprised if they paid for. There are only 5 people we know are on the Q team. Trump, Dan Scavino, General Flynn, Mike Pompeo and Ezra Cohen Watnik. The rest may have pieces of the plan, but not the whole plan. So I wouldn't worry what ellis does.
