This type of technology is a specialty for the former head of the Harvard bio-chemistry department, Dr Charles Lieber. He was arrested for his involvement with Chicoms the day after covid claimed it's first life in the US, along with a Chinese student who was caught smuggling cells out of the country. A third warrant was issued for another Chinese student who was found to be an officer in the Chinese military, but she escaped the country before being arrested.
