In post 59 what does [F] mean? [D] seems obvious that it is Democrat, but I wasn't sure what [F] meant.

I think you are talking about 4524. I read that as all assets F- Foreign and D- Domestic

Next Line D is Dems and China. ( Foreign ). Just my take. Could be off

Oh lol! I had figured that the line about [D] + China = 11.3 meant that Democrat collaboration with China would invoke 11.3.
