In the biden video the military had empty jackets (video posted on first comment). The original had medals though. Highly recommend the video on first comment. On trumps that you posted everyone had their medals. That is super weird.
Oh, well to be honest I'm pretty sure that the reason for that is the video with no medals on the jackets were taken during the winter when they had overcoats on. They do not have medals on their overcoats. The ones with medals were taken during the warm months, (memorial day) no overcoats, so medals are clearly visible.
