Just because they believe in aliens does not mean they will trust what these random ass aliens tell them. I know one person who's had a close encounter that made for an interesting story because it's unlike any other I've heard from mainstream media or my light digging. The TDS might go along with whatever they hear if it suites their cause but I think even the dumbest conservatives will question this stuff rather than go along so willy nilly.
