Do you guys remember a vector for a cyber attack was loading a backdoor onto a usb drive and leaving them scattered around the parking lot of the target? (This is from Mr. Robot)
Ok so, picture this analogy. Instead of a usb drive, we have this synringe with some kind of solution in it.
We're always told never insert an unknown USB drive in company laptops to protect it from attacks, however taking this shot, is like someone claiming "expert" in a lab coat, who has never tested it, picking it up off the ground and administering it to people.
The coding for the spike protetin was provided by the researchers at Wuhan, and hasn't been tested.
I don't know if you're aware of this or not. But the USB drives scattered was the way the intelligence agency's originally thwarted Irans nuclear program.
I thought they targeted the USB drives of the company that maintained the HVAC systems at the IRAN site. Not sure if they scattered the disks but I thought I read they compromised the contractors systems and infected a USB stick containing SEIMENs firmware for the centrifuges.

Good luck with that.
