Looks like a troll job to me. Still the same gray, featureless building. Of the few cars in the lots, all except one are black, white or gray.

Maybe if you zoom in tight enough you might see someone in assless chaps mooning the world in one of those windows, but I doubt it.

Seems more like comms: we are observing (in the telephoto lens sense), not observing (as in celebrating a special occasion).
