He said he was putting on a training exercise for 5 people and the armory was like here you go! As hes probably done this many times. Also, what makes you think he would even use any of the guns he "took" that one day? Rockets he left in a car next to the woods to distract and make then waste resources on a place he wasn't... This guy is smart, well trained, and knows how to avoid detection. He most likely already had whatever GOOD weapons he truly would need... Though I'm not sure if he exists or this is DS FF stuff... but rumors are a bunch of other military defected and joined him... if legit, I hope he scares the fuck outta the illegitimate unelected government without harming a soul...
