Pretty sure these arent the codes.Im sorry, I hate to be that guy but it does no good if we believe something in error. I was excited to see this post, but when I read that section was for archives >25 years old, I searched more. Found foia redactions (b)(4) (b)(5) (b)(6), they are all common. I hate this and hope Im wrong. Will be thrilled if someone shows me Im wrong bc I like the OP's better too. Here are some links, have a look
