All very good points. I live in an area with 4 relatively large lakes. So i will keep this in mind. I don't exactly care for eating fish but will if its required. I will be checking the oven soon as well.

Soulfood seasoning is really good on it. I don't know what brand my daughter is the cook in our house, her spice cupboard is a scary place where I only venture to if I only have to.
