Victoria’s COVID-19 testing commander Jeroen Weimar said officials are “now keen to start to drain the swamp to see what else is out there”.

Anyone else wonder if all the "COVID surges" around the world and corresponding lockdowns are White Hat operations to do some swamp cleanup?

Incidentally, the current outbreak is in India, Australia, Japan and Taiwan - all 4 stanch allies of Trump in this war - so perhaps the local DS was being saved for one of the last ?
