This is fake. It looks like they blurred this on purpose. If you look at the original photos all the documents that are pinned to the wall are in English and the lady in the lab coat looks like a caucasian brunette. Anyway, I also didn't see any Chinese words in the original photo so I highly suspect it's not in the Wuhan lab.
