And yet these reasonable observations are called “racist.” People have choices.

Only a true racist believes black people can’t conform to basic societal standards.

In fact, there are so many blacks upholding social norms and values as normal people, which proves this “chimping-out” behavior pattern is not genetically pre-determined.
