It’s seems like the certification is invalid because the election was fraudulent and it doesn’t represent the will of the people. It’s all pretty crazy because we are in uncharted waters. The world knows our election was a sham. The rightful thing would be to reinstate Trump or a new election with paper ballots and the military in charge of counting them. I would be fine with the last option as well and it would be easier for normies to accept.
