Regarding the map that Potus is holding...

Did you notice that the left half of the map is a man's face (white portion or inside of the hemisphere)

and the right side of the map is the man-in-the-moon (black portion or outside of the hemisphere).

AND, you can put the two black pieces (hemispheres) together like a puzzle
