I was told yesterday everyone will wear a mask unless we show proof of vax. NO VAX FOR ME!! Besides finding another job, what are my options. I'm in SC. P.S. I also believe that they are violating my federally protected privacy rights, by requiring me to tell someone that I just met, about my medical condition. Couldn't find evidence to defend this belief.

Try this, I told my boss "I don't have the vaccine, and even if I did I wouldn't show you a proof of vaccine. That's dystopian bullshit and you know it. I'm not wearing a mask because I'm not a super hero and it's against my religion, you either enforce one uniform for the whole company or you discriminate against me and my religion."
I also have the attitude of "you fire me, we'll have a race, I'll look for a better job and you look for a better worker. I bet I'll win." ?
