Then show me exactly who in the military SAP isn't reporting to the Pentagon and the Joint Chiefs. Explain to me exactly how those people are receiving funding that comes from the Pentagon but they don't report to the Pentagon. If we have rogue military assets that don't report to the chain of command, then it's very likely they are traitors or aren't military at all but rogue mercenaries. Who maintains their Security Clearances? Who provides them assets and supplies? Where do they get their support? How are they in they system as military assets but aren't available as military assets? Explain to me how it works. I'm all ears.
I'm not trying to catch anyone in anything. I have a pretty good knowledge about how things work in the military due 30+ years on the job and family members. I honestly don't understand how this would work. Joe Biden could walk into any US Military installation in the world and give a lawful order and they would follow it. Why, because it's believed that he is the Commander and Chief. It doesn't matter if he secretly is or isn't. What matters is the public perception that he is. If he secretly isn't military members don't know that. Perception is reality. They will follow his lawful orders.
I don't believe there can exist secret military assets outside the lawful chain of command. No military asset exists in a bubble. Everyone supports everyone. From the Air Force performing military airlift and support to the units that process pay and retirement, to bean counters controlling budgets, funding, and manpower. No military unit can exist without these things and to use these things they have to be known. A secret military unit can't just show up asking for millions of dollars in funding from the Pentagon without the Pentagon knowing who they are. The Pentagon is Deep State controlled by all evidence I see since Biden stole office.
If I'm wrong about these things, I will gladly concede the point. Someone just needs to explain it to me.

No.
Yeah. That's what I thought. And I'm the one that doesn't know how things work.
You have him both ways, if he tells you he is breaching security and if he doesn't he is a fraud.
