If the SC was truly just a legal entity, this might have some merit. But Roe v Wade shows they are political. When people are demanding audits all over and when solid proof (not just evidence) is provided that shows China hacked our election, then they will have to weigh in. If they punt again...well...I don't know what will happen but I wouldn't be surprised if it starts getting ugly.
