Ummm, no not normal on the west coast. No military loads on a track to sit and block a road way with no engine....Can’t think of a base in Or w/ tanks and JBLM in WA state would not block train crossings with no service members around and tanks ready to be stolen & vandalized .Antifa & BLM would be stealing that shit!
