I was lucky enough to live in NID for a bit, really want to go back but not near Boise for a variety of reasons, politics was one. Also prefer the climate of NID over southern Idaho. Regardless, it's all better than the purple crap hole I live in now.

Lots of retired California LEO's in NID, most seem to be conservative and just want to be left alone.
