I think the point is that no matter if we are winning and letting things unfold as they are, which is what I believe is happening, we know that [they] won’t relinquish so easily and we know this and we see this. Even if we are standing above the snake in victory, it still has the ability to strike. Basically, in my mind, it’s “if I can’t have it, no one can” mentality. Please do not take this post as dooming bc it’s not.
