I'm going to guess he retired around 2001-ish, same as me. IKE, not sure but I think he retired from Big E so before that, and I'm pretty sure not a Plankowner. Sorry but that's as not very close as I can get. But the surface nuke world is pretty small so yeah chances are you've seen him.
