Gonna defend you here. As a Texan myself I thought... Wait a minute, so I'm supposed to pay for their ass sitting in jail?! Hopefully they still pursue suing the Feds for not doing their jobs or they sue them for the bill of doing their job.

I met game warden few weeks back. They just had caught illegals after high speed chase, up by Hallettsville. So we are all endangered during chases. Warden phones ICE or border patrol who says release them. Fuck Biden and his lack of regard for US citizens and safety.

Interesting. All the Warden in Stephens County ever tells me is he catches people shooting deer from the highway sometimes.
