Yes, Abbot has to sign and it'll go into effect this year. He's signing it though so it's happening!

See what I mean? It shouldn’t need a law, this is Texas, the Constitution gives me the right, there should already be no laws requiring anything from me to be able to keep and bear arms... does that make sense?

Yea of course it does, that's why they're correcting it. I never even got my LTC because I didn't want to be registered as carrying. Now I can do it and never got in the system!
