They are setting them .....I’m in Cali I can tell you stories of how farmers found pyro tech stuff underneath canvas tarps and then others seen what they describe as a laser shot hitting areas that explode and fires erupt, those bastards put the fire material in designated areas surrounding farm land , homes etc and then they hit their targets .. I have lots of friends in northern Cali with horror stories ..oh and past few years a lot of these hard working people had to give up there fire ins because it was nearly what they made a year ...lots of prime land was lost these past few years with fires .some lost everything including the burnt land that their homes once sat on
1/4 of my shed just got completely torched 2 nights ago. The whole area on one side of the street next to a dry canal has had very frequent fires. Note: the rest of the shed had no damage due to my putting aircrete 4 inches thick walling off that part of the shed. Fire dept investigator was impressed.
No. All it does is rain here in the Houston area. Tired of it. Storming AGAIN right now, but perhaps we’re nearing the end of it.
California and such is poised to burn.

Last year, the town in southern Oregon that I grew up in was devastated by fires. The entire valley was consumed. My sister in law lost her house and all of her belongings. People reported people setting numerous fires but it never got reported. It is a fire prone area but it was past extreme last year. The have already started this year. Not a good situation. Some of those people still don't have homes.
