What gets me is, and maybe I’m not that smart, but why is this only a civil case? This should be a deposition in a criminal case…

Lower burden of proof required in civil matters…and only a majority of jurors to find guilty…meanwhile more names to come from discovery leads to CRIMINAL prosecutions.
