I understand that the activation was from Trump asking people to leave peacefully Jan. 6th. When the Capitol was "overrun" was the insurrection and not many rally attenders were caught up in that clusterflop because Trump delayed his crowd as long as possible..

The insurrection was congress approving fraudulent electors without consisting the dueling electors. The capitol breach was fake bs
