There is no real background info, but this woman reacted to her 13yo daughter telling her that the boy had made some sort of sexual advance on her. Girl could have made it up, or maybe it really happened. I don't think this was handled appropriately - if this was me I would not have taken the boy out to confront him - I would have discussed with the parents and gone from there. I'm on the fence about this as she was trying to protect her child but definitely went about it the wrong way. Unfortunately, this is she said/he said and nobody knows the truth but the two kids.
Even if everything she said was true (which I doubt), she committed two felonies. What do you do with felonious behavior ? Arrest. Trial. Terminate employment. Enough of the brazen above the law behavior. Period
