I attended an outdoor graduation ceremony where an evil Deep State Senator gave a speech in a drizzle that threatened to break into a full-on storm.

At one point, he intoned, "God is with us." This was followed immediately by a loud burst of thunder. The audience laughed. I turned to my sister and said, "That's why he's a Senator."
