Was Trumps desk/blog thing all a clever marketing stunt? He started it up and nothing really changed, it was a convenient collection of the bulletins we were all already seeing. Then he 'shut it down' but really just moved it to a different part of the site. Yet both times he got like a week of media attention for it.

This man can dominate the news cycle just by rearranging his website a little. CBC loves Trump more than we do.

I actually heard very little about his blog on the news cycle. I’m wondering what the point of it was too
