States in the midwest, FL or TX. Az is iffy. Look based on your work industry (if you have one). MT also pretty good if you don't care abt amenities.

So imho, atleast a dozen or so to pick from, and your preferences can drive that. The warmer states may be nice, but I think some serious stuff is going to happen there.... great place for those who are into that.
