Lysine also Inhibits viral replication. Been giving to myself and my kids who are frequently exposed to my vaxed MIL and seem to get sick within 48 hrs of being around her (we are limiting exposure, but we help take care of her now that my FIL is in care with Alzheimer's, and she is lonely). It has helped them immensely
