Other than TGP's Jim Hoft I have not been able to locate a source. Nobody else has been able to put one in the comments either.

The speech was taken from a prayer breakfast speech, others have posted links in the comments to that. Cabal members were at the speech, Nancy, Shifty, etc...

This video woudl be so much more powerful with a date and time of when Flynn dropped it. I believe it was from Flynn, I don't think Hoft would make that up, but was it from Flynn 6 months ago or yesterday?
