Flynn just dropped this on Telegram as well. I have followed Flynn's Telegram and it seems legit and not fake. There are plenty of fake accounts over there but I am fairly sure this is legit.

Right when @RealGenFlynn created his Telegram there were people like Lin Wood and Patrick Byrne who said that it was Gen. Flynn's actual account.
