Systemic racism means that it’s the overarching system in society that is racist, not that every single person is racist. Many white people voted for Obama to be president.
This doesn’t mean that the system as a whole is no longer racist. The system and how it treats the whole general black population still has elements poisoned by race. No it doesn’t mean that every person who is in the system is racist, and yes it means the system was still racist under obama.
The world isn’t, pun intended, black and white. There are at LEAST 50 shades of grey.

Mostly what I was doing though was remarking on how your logic here isn’t working. You’re making up an easy argument to disprove when the fact is nobody thinks that a systemically racist society can’t have a black president.
