I hate HOA's, and wouldn't live in one.

The difference with the HOA though, is that people bought the home knowing there was one, and didn't do the due diligence.

It's called by-laws. Fuckin' read them. If you don't agree like them, don't fucking buy the place!! And when you sign off on them, you fucking agree to the rules, so be a man and play by the rules. ...I tell you what... waking up, hung over, to your neighbor's freshly purple fucking house is a son of a bitch!!!

With that said, it appears the city is fining this guy.
