Used to spend most summers in Destin in the 60's and 70's. It was pristine. There was 1 grocery store, Jitney Jungle, and 1 motel, The Hospitality Inn, in the 1960's. We'd swim with the dolphins in Destin Harbor.

Have only been back once since the late 90's. It's grown tremendously.
