Once you figure out that the cabal (via Google) has already taken over the world, and recognize what threat they are holding over all the nations of the world in order to maintain that power, you realize that nuclear power and the accompanying "mutually assured destruction" has essentially been rendered obsolete. This is why the Snowden revelations (clown) in the Q drops were so significant. Because this is what his revelations allowed to occur, by taking the information away from the NSA and putting into the hands (by law) of the tech companies to hold long term.

If you were at the head of Google, and governments of ANY nation were threatening you, what would you do? You'd threaten to make every bit of data Google controls public. Literally everything. It would be the end of the world as we know it. Utter chaos. Everyone's data out there for all the world to potentially see. Our porn search histories, the things we say in private, financial data, passwords, etc. It would be like nuclear holocaust without the nuclear fallout. Just every single person in the developed world potentially ruined (looking at it from each of our own personal perspectives).

So, when this gets to the endgame, in order to stop that kind of dead man switch from being triggered (or potentially this will be the response TO the switch getting triggered), they're going to have to take down the internet. And the only surefire way to do that would be to take down the global electrical grid via EMP.

This is why Trump needed the cooperation of all the other countries he brought into the fold. The lights have to go out in any place where there might be servers, which means pretty much everywhere. Otherwise, the cabal (via Google) is already the Evil Empire. We're living under the illusion of separate nation-states, we just never realized the game had already been lost.
