I am not certain that anybody but Q knows. Possibilities are: Q fixed one or multiple timezones for coms, or looked at how people reacted to drops and then adapted future coms to that.

If anybody knows I'd like to hear, but I'm not sure I've ever seen any proof for either case. The coincidences aren't exactly small though.

The tweet was 13 minutes before the mentioned time in the Q post that Q quoted in 2022. But it's really hard to tell if that's a coincidence or a qoincidence.
