Hopefully, I speak for others when I ask these questions...
Let's say that widespread fraud is found in several states that render those state's election fraudulent. What then? Will that state's legislature decertify their Electoral votes? Can this be done easily? And what if enough states do this where it would flip the Electoral College totals? Then what?
I know that I'm getting ahead of myself but I keep hearing the same old lines from BlueAnons that tell me that nothing will change the outcome. It's been certified and that's that.
Any hopeful explanation would be much appreciated.
Bit of uncharted waters. There is a supreme court case that ended up with fraud vitiates everything but I think it would be unlikely to apply in this case.
In the case of decertify...I think that has happened in the past but to lesser races, and within a certain timeframe. It is already a half year down range of the election. If states start doing what AZ is just now finishing up it would tack on additional months.
It is hard to imagine states contacting the federal government to say they want their electorical votes back.
So your post is the 90million vote question. What happens next? No one has this answer. Regardless of what does/doesn't happen, significant history will be made and we get to live through it.
