Well they didn’t say there was no evidence, and mueller said that his report does not exonerate trump.

I’m not using doublespeak. He said the report fully exonerated him, when the report and mueller himself said that wasn’t true. I’m not sure how else to look at it

So then why do legal bodies say that trump was not exonerated? Would they not have a better interpretation of the legal definition over your assumptions?
