"Rhodes tweeted that he does not support the UCMJ, a major violation for any military official." I imagine that through is lack of leadership, he was faced with many of his own troops in trouble under UCMJ.

Make him spend the night in the barracks with the E4 Mafia, they'd straighten shit out right quick.
