Let's hold a meeting so we can say we held a meeting and came to the conclusion that there is no significant risk of anything going wrong due to our multi-billion dollar vaccine rollout program. These vaccines are so safe that even unborn children can be vaccinated! Imagine, unborn children being allowed to unmask! Humanity is saved. Meeting adjourned.
