Very briefly, it seems that each state has a non profit organization: National Association of Election Directors, and each of them has a "Trusted Partnership Agreement" with Twitter, Big Tech. They will censor whomever they are instructed by the government, their "trusted partner" to do so, and even continued to censor Dr. Shiva after the court prohibited that.
He has direct evidence of censorship by the government "laundered" through Big Tech/Twitter....
The judge in the case is being cooperative at exposing all of this. It is really fascism.

I saw that video, it was pretty great. And you are dead right that the insider influence that government has over the socials really ought throw away the 'muh private company' defense that has been so abused, so often.
If they are going to act as a government contractor or merc force, then they need to be accountable in the same way. I do not know much about HIV, only that it creates spike proteins that attack cells. It seems to me that HIV was only transmitted via blood contact. But if this is true then coronavirus was used to piggy back HIV allowing airborne transmission?
