This is definitely not Joe Biden .How about the hot mic when he asks Pelosi what to do. Then you hear her say don't let him talk anymore. Not only about the color of his eyes but the ears are different . The lobes are pinned down. He is always saying he is going to get in trouble what's with that. Something is wrong here.
