Guess how much manufacturers sell generics for ... peanuts. A bottle of 1000 pills of Alprazolam costs a pharmacy about $6. 1000 pills for $6 ... it's not the generic manufacturers fault that drug prices are so high. It's insurance companies being duped by PBM's. And contracts by PBM's - the middle men - Trump talked about that are exacerbating the problem.
