Yep. The hairdresser’s hubby is a Forester who says there IS NO lumber shortage!
None in available material .. all involved in the supply chain are making about the same as before accept.. The 5 largest lumber corps in US and Canada.. their profits have gone up 12 times.. did my research on that one !!
I do not expect you to spoon feed me, however, if you have any links etc, where I can start digging and getting that info together, I'd appreciate it. I know some folks in this business, me showing them that, would be a red pill suppository. They are already very skeptical of the BS and talking about all of this being a crock. If I can show them what they are truly doing, they'd probably start shooting people with their nail guns.

They are trying to stem off new home building...
From what I hear the shortage is the supply line and it is real because a lot of the employees need to make about 15 or 16 an hour to justify coming back to work with that extra federal government check. I think that is most likely the case. The number of people not working atm is astronomical
